1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Scienoteq Group for organizing a conference, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. It is essential to read and understand these terms before commencing any contractual agreement.

2. Services

We will provide conference organizing services as detailed in the service agreement or contract. This may include, but is not limited to, venue selection, Speaker liaison, Registration management, Promotional activities, and Post-conference procedures.

3. Payment Terms

Payments can be made via PayPal

4. Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel to attend, written notice is required [specified period, e.g., “60 days”] before the conference date. 

Cancellations made after this period will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. 

In cases of unforeseen circumstances, like natural disasters, pandemics, or cancelled by the organizing members amount will be forwarded to upcoming conference.

5. Liability

Scienoteq Group shall not be held responsible for any direct or consequential damages arising out of the services provided.

While we ensure utmost diligence in our services, we cannot be held liable for third-party services like venue providers, catering, etc., though we will assist in any disputes to the best of our ability.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared with us will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Promotional materials, agendas, and other content created by us for the conference remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Unauthorized use of such materials without our consent may lead to legal action.

8. Feedback and Testimonials

While we welcome feedback to improve our services, we reserve the right to use positive testimonials in promotional materials, unless explicitly declined by you.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Prior notice will be provided for any significant changes that might affect ongoing agreements.
